Conditions Voucher Gift

1. Object

These terms and conditions govern the purchase, use and enjoyment of Klus Villas Gift Vouchers, issued and managed by JRC PROYECTOS Y REFORMAS CARRERA, S.L. (hereinafter, “KLUS VILLAS”), with registered office at C/ Costa 3, Principal E, 50001 Zaragoza (Spain), and Tax Identification Number B99541500.

The Voucher Gift allows the holder enjoy a stay or service in the villas managed by KLUS, in accordance with the conditions and availability indicated at the time of booking.

2. Nature of the voucher

The Gift Voucher is a bearer document representing a right of enjoyment (not money) over a specific experience or an economic value redeemable for services at Klus Villas.
It does not constitute a general means of payment or a registered document unless expressly stated.

The Voucher is non-refundable, except in the cases provided for in these terms and conditions and in accordance with applicable legislation.

3. Acquisition and validity

The voucher can be purchased via the website www.klusvillas.com, by email or by purchasing directly from the reservations team.
The Voucher will be issued in digital (PDF) or physical format and will contain: reference number, date of issue, description of the service or amount, and expiry date.
Validity period: unless otherwise stated on the voucher, it will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Once the validity period has expired, the Voucher will no longer be valid and will not be eligible for refund or compensation.

4. Reservations and exchanges

The voucher exchange is subject to availability of dates and villas at the time of request.
To make a booking, the holder must contact KLUS VILLAS by email at info@klusvillas.com, indicating the voucher reference number and the desired dates.
Confirmation of the booking will be sent in writing and will only be valid once confirmed by KLUS.
The voucher can be used only once, except in the case of a voucher for a specific amount, in which case it may be redeemed in instalments until its value is exhausted.

5. Modifications, cancellations and no-shows

Once the booking has been confirmed, date changes will be subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will result in the total loss of the voucher.
In the event of a no-show, the voucher will be considered redeemed and cannot be reused.
KLUS reserves the right to cancel a booking due to force majeure, in which case it will offer a new date or issue a replacement voucher of equal value and validity.

6. Transfer of the voucher

The Gift Voucher is transferable to another person provided that it has not been previously redeemed. In this case, the new holder must comply with the same conditions and terms of use.

7. Exclusions

The Gift Voucher may not be used for:

Reservations for groups or private events are not permitted, unless prior agreement has been reached with KLUS.
Services not included in the description or value of the voucher.
Promotions, discounts or special packages, unless expressly stated.

8. Refund

Gift vouchers cannot be returned or partially or fully refunded, except in cases provided for by consumer legislation (for example, for online purchases within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase, provided that the voucher has not been used or reserved).

9. Responsibility

KLUS is not responsible for the loss, theft or misuse of the Voucher once it has been delivered to the purchaser or beneficiary. Altered, tampered with or counterfeit vouchers will be considered void.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or fulfilment of these conditions, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Zaragoza, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
