At KLUS VILLAS, a brand managed by JRC PROYECTOS Y REFORMAS CARRERA, S.L. , we are committed to protecting the privacy of users and ensuring compliance with current regulations on personal data protection, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

This website does not collect personal data without the user’s knowledge, nor is it transferred to third parties except in cases provided for by law or when the user expressly authorises it.

The personal data processed by KLUS comes directly from the data subject, through the forms available on the website or through direct communication by email or telephone.

KLUS reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to new legislation, jurisprudential criteria or changes in its services. Any modifications will be published on this page reasonably in advance of their application.

In accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, KLUS does not engage in spam practices and will only send commercial communications to those users who have expressly requested or authorised them.
